I spotted this exact pair of vintage paint by number ballerinas at Value Village the other day and I kind of can't get them off my mind. I can't help but think how fabulous they would look in a nursery (future clients?). There is something so whimsical, quirky and fashionably kitschy about paint by numbers. I might pop in after work and see if they are still there.... At 15$ a piece they are a bit pricey for Value Village in my opinion, but I still think a good value over all.
Also, I would love it if you guys checked out my Term 2 Final Project that I posted yesterday! It's the condo I've been talking about for the past little while finally complete. It was a lot of hard work and I am proud to show it off ;)
I think they're cute! It reminds me a little bit of Snow White :) Too bad they're not a little bit cheaper though.
ReplyDeleteI totes think these would look adorable in a little girls room. Maybe with a more modern frame or those painted a high gloss white.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Kristen, in the right frames they would be totally fab. I love them!
ReplyDeleteDefinitely with a new frame! Would be adorable in a nursery.

Super cute! Maybe with a little frame update. Perfect for a little girl's nursery!
ReplyDeleteAdorable, but $15 a piece? I agree - a little pricy. Perhaps if they were $10 or under. Though, if the frame is in good shape, and a nice solid wood, the frame itself might make it worth it...
ReplyDeleteI think they would look lovely in a future "young lady's" room. Like the previous updating the frames would be a great plus. Of course that adds to the investment. What would happen if you also went "out of the lines"...and had fun with it?
ReplyDelete$15 is definitely a little more pricey for Value. They are super cute though. I say if the frame is in good condition and you can't get them off your mind then they're meant to be yours ;)
ReplyDeleteI agree with Kristin, my first thought was white frames! And I love them. They would look awesome in a little girl's room
ReplyDeleteThose are charming, and even better with new or painted frames.
