Earlier this week, I mentioned the mirror-on-mirror idea as a possibility for my $100 bathroom update. I thought I would share some inspiration images where this has been done right!:
What do you guys think of this look?
I read a tip from designer Tricia Huntley (who designed the first image) on Apartment Therapy to use a small i-hook and fishing wire to achieve this look in a rental. I am worried that it won't be strong enough though...my mirror is pretty heavy!
Happy Weekend! xo

I LOVE mirrors over mirrors!
ReplyDeleteThe fishing wire will work! We have used it!
I love this idea. You can totally do it!
ReplyDeleteI'm, sure you can figure it out and it will look great!
ReplyDeleteI love it. I used to have one hanging over my bathroom mirror
ReplyDeleteI hadn't thought to do something like this before, but I'm loving the look! I'm obsessed with command strips for all types of projects. Depending on how heavy your mirror is, you may find one that works for you. I'd weigh it to see how heavy it really is. http://www.command.com/wps/portal/3M/en_US/NACommand/Command/Products/Catalog/~/Command-Products/Picture-and-Frame-Hangers/8-pounds/?N=5924736+3294529207+5583798+5584766&rt=r3
ReplyDeleteWow! Those mirrors all look elegant and sophisticated. Each design creates a meaningful atmosphere to the place they are installed. I think whatever you choose from there will be a great addition to your new bathroom. Thanks for sharing those inspirations, Tiffany! All the best to you!
