Au Naturale...More on my Chippendale Chairs

Happy Monday loves! So, you remember last week when I had my heart set on painting my chippendale chairs black? Well, over the weekend I saw a beautiful room with a chair just like my chairs, with their bamboo left au naturale. I sort of loved it! The graphic fabrics that Grace of A Storied Style chose really give these vintage babies a new life. Take a look:

I am so in love with this bright and happy space, and how good do the chairs look all dolled up?!
Be sure to check out the rest of the makeover here.
Just a reminder of how similar my own chairs are (I've got four of em total!):

Love the natural look too.

Oooh I do like the natural when put next to a bright piece like that dresser and with bright pillows! You could always keep them natural and then once you see the space, paint them if you aren't in love!

The natural of the rattan is the perfect balance to the vibrant color. Love it all against those gray walls too. Bonus: lots less work for you, too!

Isn't it funny how styling a piece perfectly can make all the difference? I think you can't go wrong with whatever you do. The chairs are great.

Just about as Im ready to paint mine, I am loving the natural, and it's soooo hard to go back once you paint. Why don't you try this for a while and live with it.

I saw these and thought they looked gorgeous as well. I would definately upholster the seats and try them natural (maybe with a gloss black table to glam it up?) and you can always paint later. I am so envious you found these chairs for an amazing price by the way! xx

Wow, they look the same as yours. I really like the natural, too. I guess it would depend on what you put with them.
