New Leopard Pillow

Many of you probably already know that I've been eyeing this pillow forever. Every once in a while for the past year and a half, it will come up in one of my posts. The other day, in light of some exciting news (secret for now!) I decided it was time to treat myself! I ended up getting it from this etsy seller, whose price was the best that I could find! I am so happy with it, I think it gives my room the final pattern that it was missing.

After I posted this photo on instagram, I knew the room needed it, the combination really spoke to me:

Here are some more shots of my living space now!:
Have you treated yourself to anything lately? You deserve it!

Leopard Print Prints

Who doesn't love a good leopard print? And what about a leopard print print. Are you following? I have two leopard print prints in my own space, and I must say that as far as I'm concerned they were made for each other. Together, they are making my desk area so lovely.
The 'As far as I'm concerned leopard is a neutral - Jenna Lyons' print is from SS Print Shop.
The YSL leopard loafer print is from The Aestate.
How do you incorporated leopard print into your own decor? Let me know in the comments below.

A Leopard Chair

My apartment needs more leopard. Wouldn't having a chair upholstered in all leopard be, well, unbelievably gorgeous? Here is some inspiration to start our day off right:

Well, have I convinced you yet? I wish I had space for a leopard chair in my little studio, but for now I am thinking this fab pillow from Arianna Belle will have to make its way into my life:
Speaking of my little apartment, it was featured this weekend over at My Casita! This shot from the tour features the original watercolour by The Aestate that I scored recently:
That is currently the only hint of leopard in my space. Don't you think the pillow would compliment it perfectly?
Head on over to My Casita for my home tour, where I discuss my decorating process and you'll catch more brand new never before seen shots over there that you won't want to miss! Check it out!

Have a fab week my friends! I am heading to the cottage with my bestest for the restest. I will try to take lots of photos!

Leopard Loafers Finally

I'm back everyone! I had an amazing trip but it's always good to be home.
I'll admit that I let others on the trip cover pictures while I took a break...so I don't have much of that to share at the moment, but hope to soon!

So let's change the subject to an amazing purchase I made in Florida.
Lately I have been slightly unhealthily obsessed with Leopard Loafers.

They are just too good, and I've been on the hunt for a pair.
Well, well, well, thank you USA for Target, and thank you Target for my new leopard loafers which I scored for less than 20 bucks.
Get yours HERE

Gosh, it really is good to get back to blogging. I missed you all!

Steal the Look: Animal Print Pillows

Animal print is so in right now, and some people really know how to use it.
My jaw literally dropped when I saw this image last week:

Gorgeous Right? But a leopard chair might not be for everyone (even though it should be...).
A great alternative would be to get a leopard print pillow, which is less of a commitment and definitely more affordable.
via Etsy
These bolster pillows have a similar toned print to the upholstered chair, which is more subtle than the traditional bold gold and black. It reads as a neutral. Why not reverse the image above and throw these on a coral chair! (Wait...what do you mean the hubby wouldn't approve of a coral chair either!?).

I just adore this room by Gary Riggs. The combination of teal and purple and gold is rich and jewel-y. The most unexpected thing in this room for me is the zebra striped pillow, which adds a hit of darkness and bold pattern to a more traditional space.

This lumbar pillow has the same chunky stripe as the room above! Love that.

Are you a fan of animal print?
