Give Chintz a Chance

Chintz is back and better than ever. No, we aren't talking grandma's dated floral couch here people (although I just know there is something fabulous about even that), but a modern, fresh take on this traditional fabric. The term Chintz means any printed calico from India, usually cotton and glazed, but today we use it more casually to describe any floral fabric.
I've rounded up some of my favourite Chintz fabrics and some inspiration below!:

Now tell me, do you like chintz? Would you do a full floral sofa, or play it safer with a throw pillow?
I think it is a truly timeless look, and I love that it is back in style!

My Style via Instagram

I'm no fashion blogger but I do put some effort into what I wear. I don't have anyone to take actual post photos of my outfits, but if you are curious about my sense of style you can always follow me on instagram! Here is a look at some of my recent spring looks:
1. I bought this dalmation dress from H&M in the fall, and I am so happy to finally get to wear it without tights. It looks so much cuter this way in my opinion
2. My pleated blush maxi skirt from Forever 21 is better than I even imagined.
3. Jewels from Love Obsessed...Can't wait to wear these beauties. Just need the right occasion.
4. All about the contrast with florals, chambray and jewels!

What are your go to spring looks? And don't forget to follow me on instagram! xo

Coral Jeans

Like many of my fellow bloggers, I've been loving the colored denim trend. I couldn't decide which color I wanted, until I stumbled across the perfect coral pair at Aritzia. Unfortunately, they were over $200. On trends, I refuse to spend alot of money because you never know how long they will be around. Luckily for me, Garage had a nearly identical pair for only $40. You can bet I snapped those up. Here's how I plan on styling my new pants:

Coral Spring
Have you jumped aboard this trend? What color would you choose?

Prettiest Little Bedroom

via
Isn't this the prettiest little bedroom that you ever did see? So feminine and delicate. I love the incorporation of Pantone's colour of the year, Tangerine Tango, in such a temporary form, yet it still steals the show. The upholstery on the chair is perfect, the floral pillow on the setee compliments the desktop accessories so well, and don't even get me started on the tutu inspired chandelier! I could go on and on! Photography by Monic Richard for Style at Home Magazine.
Do you love it?

Inspirational Office

Lot's of homework to get through in the next few days, so I'd post a pretty office space to get me motivated. Now if I had a workspace like this I might actually be excited to do my assignments! I love the bright floral rug and the cool art deco archway. Enjoy! xox Tiffany Leigh
