My One Dollar Dino

After seeing this:

 And this:

I knew I was in love with this little dinosaur. So when I was out at the local dollar store and saw a wooden 'make your own dinosaur skeleton' puzzle in the kids section for ONE BUCK, well, I was pretty excited. The box said for ages 8 or something, but let me tell ya, you're never too old. (Plus, he was a tricky little bugger...good luck children)!
After I finally put him together, I glued him and painted him white with some old paint I had kicking around. And voila:

He lives quite happily beside my tv. And my gold skull seems pleased that he's no longer the only set of bones in the decor.
Best one dollar accessory ever, don't ya think?

Oh how fun! Even at a dollar, I probably wouldn't have pulled the trigger because I have no confidence I could have put the dang thing together! Way to stick with it!

Are you sure you didn't get this from your big brothers bedroom? I had one of these growing up in my room for years. Guess I was ahead of the design times, lol!
